 At 3:30 a.m. on October 12, 2006, the Marc Roberts family barely escaped from their burning home with their lives.  The tragic loss of their home to fire hasn't daunted this strong family.  They have been a shining example of optimism, hope and yielding to God's will, picking up and going on.  They have been gracious and lavish with their appreciation for the support they have received from the Trinity family.

Like the mythical bird, the phoenix, their new home is rising from the ashes of the old.  The decision to rebuild on the site of the destroyed home was made right away, and the family moved into a fairly nearby, much smaller house for the duration of the construction.

Because so many Trinity members and friends have expressed interest in the progress of the new home, Kim has chronicled the rebirth of the house in a series of photos starting in December when the first rebuilding efforts began after a lengthy demolition process of clearing the fire debris.  She will share this photo archive which is located on their website at shutterfly.com if you ask her for the URL and password (which we are not posting on this very public website).  Meanwhile, here are just a few of the hundreds of photos for you to learn of the progress they are making toward turning their new house into their new home.
