If They Could See Me Now!

Nathan Putman, our second Trinity intern was one of the most popular students to fill that role at Trinity.  He endeared himself to the members of our congregation by his charm, wit, and quirky ways.  He would come to church in cut-off shorts and a tee shirt, but taught the Disciples class.  He majored in Marine Biology, and now he's on to advanced degrees at North Carolina.

Our Nathan got married in Birmingham, recently, and those in our congregation who attended the wedding told us that it was done up in characteristic Nathan Putman style!  Lynda Jones quoted the officiate, Rev. Alan Head, who said, "Never have I seen a couple who so deeply understood the covenantal meaning of the marriage vows."

Congratulations, Emily and Nathan!  Enjoy a long life full of wonderful times together.
